Thanks to a grants from US Youth Soccer and funding provided by Idaho Youth Soccer as well as help from the Idaho State Referee Committee, IYSA is able to offer 100% Scholarships for 100 new Referees wishing to certify this fall. All educational class costs will be covered for the successful applicants.
