Upcoming Camps & Clinics are held and run by Idaho Storm Director of Coaching, Brandon Zimmerman.
Brandon played in the 2007 U17 World Cup representing the USA. He was a 4 Year all conference Division I Athlete and was drafted to the MLS with Philadelphia Union in 2012. Following this, Brandon began coaching with Santa Clara University and various level youth clubs. As many do, Brandon has moved to Boise for a better quality of life and to focus on the things that bring happiness: kids, soccer, and family. Brandon previously spent two years with Idaho Storm and has returned to the area to continue working to provide the best environment for kids to enjoy soccer.
Coach Brandon will be offering a Spring Break Soccer Camp running March 18-20 at Settler’s Park in Meridian.
The camp includes 3 hours of soccer in a fun, competitive, and challenging environment for all players ages 6-15. Groups are split into 4-8 players determined by skill, age, and gender.
Structure:
1) Technical warm up (Tailored to each groups age/skill)
2) Skills Stations the bulk of camp day is spent through a various theme or skill with as much repetition as possible
3) PLAY! This is why we train!
The small groups allow us to tailor the fundamentals towards individual player’s needs. The goal is to walk away having learned or improved as a soccer player, worked towards the goals that player has, and developed as a person.
Yes, players from any club can attend!
