Idaho Storm Soccer Club is a community and family focused youth soccer club based in Meridian, Idaho, serving players and families across the Treasure Valley. Our goal is to provide a balanced soccer experience that equally values competition, player development, and personal growth.
The club is led by Brandon Zimmerman, Director of Coaching. Brandon represented the United States at the 2007 U-17 World Cup. That experience shaped a clear belief: youth soccer should not be built only for the small percentage of players who reach an “elite” level.
Idaho Storm exists to support the whole player in a positive, local environment.
Balanced Development
We focus on long-term player development, not short-term results. Players are challenged to improve their skills, understanding of the game, and love for soccer, while also learning accountability, teamwork, and respect.
Local and Community Focused
The Boise metro area offers many competitive clubs that rely on high costs and extensive travel. Idaho Storm takes a different approach. We prioritize local development, training close to home, and playing nearby clubs whenever possible—respecting family time and encouraging community engagement.
Fair and Reasonable Costs
We strive to keep costs reasonable while training hard and consistently to improve. Our focus is on coaching, training, and meaningful competition.
Opportunities When Players Want Them
Every player’s goals are different. For those who want to pursue higher levels of play, we work to prepare and support opportunities that are in the best interest of the player—whether within Idaho Storm or beyond.
Idaho Storm Soccer Club is built on strong relationships between players, families, and coaches. We aim to create an organized, supportive, and welcoming environment where players can grow and families feel connected.
